We worked with Vuka, a co-working and events company, on a plan to expand their company to a third location in Austin. The intent was to house their program in two pre-engineered metal buildings at The Yard, a former industrial warehouse complex turned creative compound. The buildings were designed to be modified with mezzanines, new services/insulation, and strategic openings to bring in natural light, all with a raw but craft-focused aesthetic that defines the Vuka brand.
