Tbarn Workshop - H.O.M.E. Initiative Demystified

Thoughtbarn was pleased to partner with Next Move Austin + Austin Title to spark a lively exchange amongst Austin homeowners and sellers, as they explore their options within the new H.O.M.E. Initiative (approved last year by the City Council). Over a springtime happy hour, we discussed the benefits, the challenges, and the opportunities with the new land development changes.
